About Wendy Perry
During a home visit, Wendy conducts thorough functional assessments across various activities of daily living, including mobility, personal care, and household tasks. Her approach involves collaborating closely with clients and their families to establish meaningful goals that support participation in daily routines, work, and community activities.
Wendy is skilled in recommending and implementing changes in a person's home to enhance safety and accessibility. She advises on equipment, assistive technologies, and adaptations that might be needed, and she can assist with navigating housing options and potential rehousing solutions.
With extensive experience in neurological rehabilitation and complex injury recovery, Wendy provides clear and proportionate recommendations, helping her clients remain as independent as possible in their own homes and communities. Her work is rooted in empathy and clear communication, aimed at empowering clients and their support networks.
