How pricing works

You book directly with the occupational therapist who visits you — not an agency or a call centre. Each of our HCPC-registered occupational therapists sets their own fair price for home visits, so there is no agency mark-up added to your bill. You'll always know who is visiting you and what they charge, and you can talk it through on a free phone call before you book.

Typical guide prices

Until your local occupational therapist publishes their own price list, here is what a home visit typically costs, so you can budget with confidence. Your exact price will always be confirmed with you before you book.

Initial home assessment

£80–£140

A first visit covering your goals, a walk-through of key areas of your home, and a written summary of recommendations.

Follow-up / review visit

£50–£95

A shorter visit to review progress, try equipment, or adjust a plan already in place.

Adaptations / equipment / reports

Confirmed on request

Home adaptation assessments, equipment trials and written reports for a third party vary by scope — your fee is agreed in writing before any visit is booked.

While we're recruiting in your area

We're currently selecting occupational therapists for our covered areas. Once your local occupational therapist is confirmed, their own price list will appear here and on their profile. In the meantime, use the guide prices above and contact the office for your area.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

How much does a home visit cost?

Each occupational therapist sets their own fee for a home visit, confirmed with you before you book. Guide prices are shown below for the areas we cover.

Why do prices vary between areas?

Prices can vary because of appointment length, travel, local experience and whether the visit is an initial assessment, a follow-up, or a specialist service.

Is the first phone conversation free?

Yes. A short phone conversation to talk through your needs and confirm the likely cost is free, with no obligation to book.

Do you add an agency mark-up?

No. You pay the fee your local occupational therapist sets directly — there is no added agency commission.
