These are Redz Lenfield's own fees. Redz is a self-employed occupational therapist and agrees every booking directly with you. Other occupational therapists on this site set their own prices.
- Initial home assessment (up to 90 minutes) - £300
- Follow-up home visit - £150
- Written report / funding letter - £250

Before you book
- Redz will confirm the date and the total cost with you in writing before anything is booked.
- Travel: Ask Redz whether travel is included, as it can add to the total.
- Reports vary a lot. A short letter for a funding application is very different from a detailed report for a solicitor or case manager. Redz will tell you what a report covers, and its price, before starting it.
